Here you will find everything you need to know before your first appointment at Krista’s Hair Artistry
Pre-Visit
*You will receive a reminder email 48 hrs before your scheduled appt. and also a text reminder 24 hrs. before you appt.
Please come in with clean fresh hair if you are getting any coloring services. If you are just coming in for a custom haircut, I will be happy to give you a luxury shampoo service.
I will have already reviewed you digital New Guest Form if you are getting a color service and will be doing my homework as well to find some hairstyles that go along with the inspo photos you have uploaded.
Please wear neutral or black to your appt. if at all possible. This will help for any before and after photos IF we decide to do.
I accept cash, check, zelle or any major credit card.
My Private studio is located in my home at 412 Hope Ave. Ripon, WI. (PLEASE USE THE SIDE ENTRANCE)
My house is cream with dark brown shutters. There is a rock garden in the front yard.
Please park in the street curb side in front of my house.
You will receive a complimentary full size product that I think will be best your hair care needs.

I will be sending you a message a few days after your initial appointment, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your results.

Maintaining Your Color
Here are few tips to maintain your color at home in-between visits.
When washing your hair, use cool to tepid water
Use a professional shampoo & conditioner for color treated hair recommended by me.
Deep condition your hair at least once per week.
If possible do not wash your hair everyday. Try to wash 2-4 times per week.
Book a custom toner with me in-between your visits.
Always use a heat protector product or use a bioprogramed device recommended by me.
Use low heat on your curling iron, flat iron and blow dryer.
Recommended Maintenance Schedule
Haircut short style / 4-6 weeks
Haircut Medium -Long / 6-8 weeks
Root Color / 4-6 weeks
Highlights / 8-12 weeks
Toner / 4-6 weeks
Policies & Protocol
If you are not feeling well, please reschedule and I will do the same.
If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please text me. If you are 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appt.
I require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a fee which is 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If have you made a deposit for any coloring services, you will forfeit that as well. If you fail to come to your appt there is a fee of the total cost of the the missed appt. before booking another.
I strive to offer my clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know with in 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue on the cost me of course. IF after 7 days you will need to schedule an appointment at the cost of you.
My Studio is properly sanitized in-between each client. I have an air purifier running 24/7 for clean air. I also do not double book. This allows for 1 client at a time.
