What are your Policies?
Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hr notice for cancellation or rescheduled appts are required or there is a charge of 50% of the total cost of your appt.
No Show appts. will result in the total cost of your missed appt.
A Non-refundable deposit will be required for all speciality custom blonding/dimensional coloring and for New Guest appts.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please contact me at 920-602-7700 via text message or voicemail. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a cancellation of your appt. This is only to protect your appointment and the other appointments after you and their time.
Where do I park and Enter at your salon?
When you arrive to my in-home studio, please park in the street in front of my home. If you have any difficulty walking or need to park closer, please feel free to pull into the driveway. You will use the side entrance by the garage to enter.
Why do I need to fill out a New Guest Form?
The purpose for filling out a New Guest Form , is to help me understand your hair goals. By reviewing your form, I am able send you the exact booking link that would be perfect for you and to be sure I have enough time to reach those goals without being rushed. New Guest Forms are for guests that have never been to my studio or guests that have not seen me for more than 5 months.
I am an existing guest and I am not sure what appointment to pick when scheduling online?
There are a couple of different options you can do. If you have an account with me, you are able to go back to see what your previous appointments were. Or simply text me @ 920-602-7700 and I can send you a booking link for your exact appointment.
How do I set up an account for online booking?
To set up an account for online booking, simply book your appointment first and there will be an option after booking to set up your new account. You will be able to cancel, reschedule or edit your upcoming appointments. You will also be able to see when you had your last appointment was and check which service you had done for future bookings.
